Wyver and Long

HAHNEMUHLE

Based on exploring the cultures of Eastern and Western dragons, I created illustrations titled “Wyver and Loong,” each with its own creative purpose. These works combine traditional literature, the representation of words and images, and many other aspects. In this stage, I integrated new concepts with new techniques of expression in both creative thinking and methods of production. The illustrations incorporate new elements on the basis of inheriting tradition, to better exhibit the beauty of symbols and poetic imagery.

《破晓》灵感源自一则社会新闻：敌对国成年人在社交媒体上大肆嘲笑并扬言要屠杀战乱国家的儿童。在本应无忧无虑的童年，有的儿童正在枪林弹雨的阴影之中谋求生路。跳房子的游戏不仅象征着童真，更象征着孩子们对有一个可安稳生活的居所的向往。地面的稚气涂鸦从星星月亮到飞行的蝴蝶和鸟，最后到太阳，象征着孩子们穿过黑暗飞向黎明，期盼最终迎来和平的光明未来。枪炮的阴影与孩子身上的投影方向相悖，象征着战争与文明的矛盾。本作意在反思，作为生活在和平国家的成年人，我们对远方受难的人们是否心存足够的善意。

The displaced people standing under the smoke of gunpowder, the father holding his dead daughter and crying, the mother sitting on the ruins looking at the lonely teddy bear, the father saying that the bomb explosion was fireworks in order not to leave a shadow on his children, etc.’ Under the same sky, dark clouds still cover many people who are still experiencing suffering. I don’t know when the cannonballs will turn into dove of peace, but peace is the wish of all of us. We should work hand in hand to maintain world peace. Dark clouds cannot cover the sun.

2024年夏，苏州校车引导员胡友平英勇阻止持刀歹徒 ，保护日本母子和校车上的妇幼 ，不幸牺牲。她无私无畏，舍己救人的事迹感动了国人 ，也引起了国际社会的广泛关注和赞

誉。在得知胡女士的事迹后 ，我被她骨子里的善良与勇敢所感动 ，决定用书法的形式记录并传递其精神 。英雄事迹往往根植于宏大场景与非凡人物 ，但真正触动人心的，是平凡

生活中的不凡瞬间。这幅书法作品是对胡女士的致敬 。希望通过这件作品，向世界传达勇敢和善良的人性光辉 。
